Your path to the
UK Innovator
Founder Visa
We were the first founders to secure this visa when it launched — no lawyers, no templates, no precedents. Now we'll take you there too, idea or no idea.
This could be your life
Shoreditch coffee runs, demo day pitches, Tower Bridge mornings. The UK founder life is extraordinary — and it starts here.
Month by month.
Step by step.
The full 3–6 month journey from "I have an idea" (or I don't) to "I have a UK visa."
Trusted.
Verified.
We didn't read the path.
We built it.
In 2023, Athar became one of the first founders to apply for and secure the UK Innovator Founder Visa — self-applied, no lawyers, no templates. Everything you'll get here, he lived.
One founder.
One proven path.
International student turned Innovator Founder. Built ThirdRetail from zero to one of the UK's top 7 marketplaces. Specialises in 0→1, marketplace mechanics, and commercial GTM. The person who'll help you find, shape, and sell your idea to an endorsing body — and who'll be on WhatsApp when you're panicking at 11pm.
Why we do this.
What drives us.
Democratise access
A top immigration lawyer charges £15,000+ to fill in forms — and still won't help you build an actual business. We've been on the inside of this process, and we're opening the door at a price founders can afford.
Real over theoretical
No recycled templates. Every framework, checklist and document you get is the exact material that secured a first-cohort endorsement in 2023 — tested where it counts: in front of an endorsing body.
Partners, not consultants
You're not case #47 in someone's pipeline. You get direct WhatsApp access to the founder who's lived this — including the 11pm message when we spot something that makes your application stronger.
Built in public.
Recognised globally.
Not just claims — covered by press, awarded by platforms, and trusted by founders across two continents.

UK Innovator Founder Visa —
everything you need to know
Launched in April 2023, this is the UK's premier route for international entrepreneurs with genuinely innovative, viable, scalable business ideas.
What is the
Innovator Founder Visa?
"No minimum investment" is what everyone tells you — that's not the full story. Endorsing bodies still expect to see that you understand the real costs of running a UK business and can fund your plan. We'll help you understand and budget the funds you'll actually need, prove the feasibility of execution, and build a sensible plan — not the generic "no money needed" line other services lead with.
Are you eligible?
The honest answer: most people who think they qualify need more work on framing their idea. Book a 60-minute call — we'll tell you straight.

get it wrong.
We've lived every stage — the bad advice before applying, the grind of the application itself, and the reality of what comes after. Here's the honest picture.
Generic business advice, no execution insight
Most lawyers know immigration law — not how to build a business in the UK. They'll guide you on regulations and compliance but leave you completely exposed on the execution side: market validation, go-to-market, what UK investors actually look for.
Not researching the UK market before applying
Assuming your home market playbook translates directly to the UK is a fast route to a weak application. Endorsing bodies want to see local market understanding — competitive landscape, pricing, customer segments, distribution. Most applicants skip this entirely.
Applying with a plan, not proof of demand
Getting this visa is like raising your first round of funding — conviction wins, not documents. Endorsing bodies have seen thousands of business plans. What moves them is evidence of demand: letters of intent, pilot results, waitlist signups, early customers. A polished PDF without proof doesn't cut it.
Walking into the endorsement interview cold
The panel interview is where most applications die. You'll be challenged on your numbers, your market, your scalability — and if you've only ever read your business plan, you'll fold. We run full mock interviews with the exact pressure you'll face, so there are no surprises on the real day.
No support when the Home Office asks questions
After your endorsement, the Home Office can still come back with queries — additional evidence requests, clarifications on your business model. Most consultants have already moved on. We stay in your corner through every response, right until your visa lands.
Thinking the visa is the finish line?
It isn't. It's the starting gun. You're legally required to run the business you were endorsed for — and every year you'll face a checkpoint with your endorsing body where you must show real business progress. Miss it, or show up unprepared, and your leave to remain is at risk. Nobody in this industry supports founders through that. We do — because we're living it ourselves.

We'll handle the rest.
